  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders are only shipped on Monday-Friday. If we have a high demand for orders, please allow for 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped. If your order is made on weekends and holidays, processing won’t begin until the next business day.
  • My order says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received anything?
    Once the package has left our HQ and USPS has it, we no longer have control of the package and its status once USPS has it. Most of the time, USPS has it delivered before it’s been delivered and customers receive it later that day.
  • I received my order and I want to exchange my size, how do I do this?
    Our exchange policy is 7 days after the delivery date. Exchanges and Returns aren’t processed until we’ve received the items and the item is in good condition. Email us in our contact department if an exchange or return is needed.
  • I received the wrong item than the one I ordered, how can this change?
    If the customers are shipped the wrong package then the incorrect item has to be returned to our HQ and we’ll send the correct package. Please send a picture or show verification that we shipped the wrong package for our records.
